Shipping & Returns

The products will be normally posted within 2 weeks to one month depending on the number of orders.

For the UK only I will use Royal Mail signed-for service.  For Japan I will use track and trace service.  I will send your tracking number by E-mail (Japan only). 

It normally takes two to three days to receive from posting in the UK and about one to three weeks to receive in Japan.

I will always check the size and take photos to make sure I can provide correct size and quality of clothes before sending. I can provide the photos to you if you request.

To prevent any mistake in the size, before I start to make them, I will contact you by  E-mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me by E-mail.

All the products are hand made, so they may show slight differences to the patterns in the photographs, depending on how the fabric is cut.

Once you have received the agreed size confirmation e-mail from us, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted as the clothes are individually hand-made to order.  Please see the 'How to Order' section to clarify the process.

In the case of a faulty product, please contact us by E-mail attaching photographs first. Please return unused goods in original packaging to the address shown on the invoice. If you have not contacted us beforehand a refund or remake will not be possible. In addition, if clothes have been used no refund or remake can be made. In the case of a faulty item we will refund the cost of the item or remake it. In this case postage will not be charged.
